Technical Cleaning Operator (reported)
Mansions
- perform ordinary and extraordinary cleaning operations at administrative, industrial and commercial buildings.
- professionally use specific machinery and equipment (dryer, single brush, vacuum cleaners, etc.).
- carry out the treatment and maintenance of different types of flooring.
- ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
- properly manage detergent products and consumables.
- report any anomalies or damages found in the stables.
- collaborate with the manager and with the operating team to ensure an efficient service.
Requirements
- training as an ordinary cleaning specialist and maintenance specialist AFC or equivalent qualification.
- previous experience in the professional cleaning industry.
- good knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and products.
- ability to use specific equipment and machinery.
- precision, sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- good physical resistance and flexibility in working hours.
- excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
