- Ensure the proper functioning of the Federal Asylum Centres (CFA) and other SEM locations, coordinating operational activities and contributing to the development of solutions tailored to the needs of the service
- Coordinate and monitor performance providers, ensuring the quality of services provided and compliance with current provisions and agreements
- Manage the employment and accommodation capabilities of the facilities, contributing to efficient and flexible planning of available resources
- To act as an interlocutor for authorities, institutional partners and performance providers, promoting dialogue, collaboration and seeking shared solutions
- Recognize promptly situations of vulnerability, social fragility or particular complexity, identifying the specific needs of the interested persons and contributing to the identification and coordination of the measures necessary to ensure an adequate accompaniment
What distinguishes you
- University diploma or equivalent training, preferably in social work, social sciences, psychology, social pedagogy or in a affine
- Professional experience in managing complex situations and in collaboration with professional and institutional networks
- Excellent coordination and organisational capacity, with aptitude for operational management and priority definition, and availability to ensure a regular presence in the different CFAs of the procedural region, particularly between Ticino and central Switzerland
- Explain relational and communication skills, with ease in creating relationships of trust and collaborating with different interlocutors
- Ability to identify pragmatic and sustainable solutions, maintaining a comprehensive vision even in dynamic contexts
- Good active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
