Description Tasks: - assessment of the victim's needs to identify the help services required under federal law - social counseling and accompaniment - accompaniment of the victim in all phases of the criminal proceeding, informing her of her rights and duties - activation of collaborations with entities and specialist services to ensure adequate long‑term care with the victim's agreement - answering the Swiss central number during office hours - collaboration with the Delegate on specific projects to promote the service ## Requirements - Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent, or university degree in related fields with experience in individual care - Experience with victims of abuse, violence, or sexual assault - Knowledge of Swiss legal and institutional framework for victim assistance - Reliable, cooperative, welcoming, with strong communication and mediation skills, and a valid driver's licence - Familiarity with Ticino services and authorities - Organizational skills, goal‑oriented work and networked work - Willingness to complete a CAS in the LAV field - Proficiency in Italian and at least one other official language, plus good computer skills ## Particular observations - entry into service to be agreed ## What we offer - working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100 % employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs ## Contact - applications must be submitted online.
