Hospital pharmacist - Ausschreibung The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds.

Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, the EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations.
To complete our team of the Pharmacy Service (Hospital Pharmacy sector) of the Pharmacological Sciences Institute of Italian Switzerland (ISFSI) of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, San Giovanni headquarters, we are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist (80%) Profile: The person we are looking for will take care of all the pharmaceutical aspects relating to the procurement and supply of medicines, as well as the related specialist consultancy to doctors and nurses.
She will also be asked to participate in the management of the hospital pharmacy and collaborate in the functioning of the cytostatic production service.
The hospital pharmacist we are looking for has a solid knowledge of medicines for hospital use, knows how to quickly make their skills available, works independently within a small team of specialized professionals and responds to different needs with flexibility, precision and competence.
He believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of all our attention.
- Necessary requirements: federal pharmacist diploma or equivalent foreign qualification, ideally complemented by an FPH specialization in hospital pharmacy or clinical pharmacy; excellent command of the Italian language and good knowledge of at least one other national language; good IT skills and good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system; strong organisational, relational and communication skills, spirit of initiative and strong predisposition to work both in a multidisciplinary team and independently
- Proven experience in the field of hospital pharmacy and/or the production of sterile medicines will be an advantage.
