Fondazione La Fonte, based in Lugano (TI), is looking for: A social care worker 60% at Fonte 6.

The goal of this function is to ensure the accompaniment of the six residents of the Fonte 6 foyer in the activities of daily life, caring with them a respectful, professional, trusting relationship and following the objectives and intervention methods defined in their respective Individual Development Plans.

Requirements: - Preference will be given to candidates with a secondary II education in the social field, but a title will be given to candidates with an OSA education - Ability to accompany autonomously people with mental disability - Sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to cooperate constructively with various professional figures within the team and with the external network of professionals - Availability to work shifts (Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day with night watch in the foyer) The start of the activity is expected in May 2026.
