- Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.

- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
- Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
- Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops. Mandatory:
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
- Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
