## What you will do: Act as Deputy On-Site Support Team Lead, ensuring continuity in operations and acting as escalation authority in the absence of the Team Lead.Oversee daily execution of on-site support services, monitor team performance, and enforce adherence to IT processes and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to L2/L3 teams when necessary.Manage ticket lifecycle and ensure SLA targets are met.Contribute to knowledge base articles and document solutions for recurring issues.Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational resilience.
