Role overview
Pensum: 80–100% | Baden Tasks & responsibilities - You carry on and develop our front team and ensure high customer satisfaction - You are actively working in the lunch service and assist in meeting and catering - You are responsible for cash handling, monthly accounts and billing - You order non-food articles, drinks and kiosk articles, process catering orders and perform further administrative activities - You are the first respondent in case of disorders of coffee machines and water dispensers - You develop our gastronomy together with the chef and the head of personal gastronomy • Profile & • Requirements - Complete teaching in gastronomy (EFZ) and at least two years of leadership experience - Hotel vocational training, G2 or equivalent training - experience in community gastronomy and high service orientation - Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing - Excellent pleasure in customer contact and high quality standards - Reliable, resilient and solution-oriented operation About the team We are a motivated team that focuses on quality, innovation and sustainability.
