Role overview

Tasks

• Further development and harmonisation of R&D processes in the product development process (Idea2Product)
• Optimisation of interfaces to adjacent processes and areas
• Coordination and synchronisation of development processes for the Liebherr-Component Technologies AG division
• Introduction and maintenance of uniform process, method and documentation standards
• Moderation of process analyses and implementation of improvement measures
• Support of business units and project teams in stage-gate introductions and moderation of quality gates
• Participation in organizational development and strategic initiatives of the division
• Preparation and moderation of division-wide meetings, reviews and conferences Qualifications:
• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in process, organization or project management, ideally in the R&D environment
• Very good moderation, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary and cross-location teams
• Structured, analytical and self-responsible working methods
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
