- Develop high-quality solutions for our customers: in healthcare with a focus on health care providers and health insurance. - Develop our focus on offerings and support your customers: both in complex strategic issues and in the field of organisational development, develop optimal processes within the framework of Operational Excellence, work on digitization in the health insurance environment, drive the financial function further or shape the future of the healthcare and the supply landscape with its own initiatives. - You are familiar with the current challenges in the hospital sector and can develop and accompany complex programs for health insurers. - Bring yourself into the new trends in the industry, such as Value Based Healthcare or Integrated Supply Models, and develop and compete with the customers: in workshops innovative and new business models boran. - Wirke with a first-class consulting team focusing on health insurance, healthcare and hospitals, - Expand your existing customer portfolio, which you actively expand and already fund projects. - contribute to the development of our customer relationships in Swiss health care and to the further development of our offer. - Get your own network in the health insurance industry and you take tasks independently in the acquisition of projects.
- University or ETH degree (probably business or medical with continuing training) and over at least 10 years relevant professional practice in health care, of which at least 5 years in consulting or internal company development in the field of health insurance - Thanks to your rapid understanding, you can quickly understand, analyze, and draw the right conclusions. - Evidence of proof of performance for the successful management and implementation of complex projects, in Swiss healthcare. - Existing customer portfolio that you can independently acquire projects. - Including knowledge of Swiss health care and current trends in this industry. - Your compelling appearance makes you a competent interlocutor:in for our customers. - Good knowledge of new technological developments/trends (e.g. AI) or willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge quickly. - Highly motivated and dynamic personality with strong strategic thinking and strong social competence. - Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French is of advantage.
