## Cosa puoi aspettarti • You design and deliver high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and brand touchpoints • You create original illustrations that reflect and evolve the brand’s illustration style • You contribute to graphic design development beyond illustration, supporting broader brand needs • You translate ideas, narratives, and messages into clear and engaging visual concepts • You ensure consistency with brand and visual guidelines across all deliverables • You review and assess market-developed design work across all graphic design disciplines, providing clear guidance to ensure alignment with brand standards, visual quality, and creative direction • You support markets by advising on best practices for working on brand and applying design systems correctly • You collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and content teams • You present creative work and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders
## Requisiti • You have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design • You have strong illustration skills with a portfolio demonstrating style consistency and adaptability • You have broad graphic design expertise across digital and print media • You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • You have experience with or a strong interest in AI-powered creative tools and workflows, and can apply them effectively in a design context • You have an excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition • You have strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills • You have a high attention to detail and strong craft quality • You can balance creative expression with brand consistency • You have professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
