- Develop and deploy statistical, machine learning and AI models to support strategic business objectives;
- Design and maintain forecasting solutions for key customer, operational and financial KPIs using time series and predictive modelling techniques;
- Build customer intelligence solutions, including customer segmentation, lifetime value estimation, retention and churn prediction;
- machine learning techniques to fraud detection, claims analytics, risk assessment and related business use cases;

- Within the Zurich Customer Active Management (ZCAM) team, you will help unlock the value of customer, operational and financial data to improve business performance, enhance customer understanding and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
