Main responsibilities

  • Account Management/Retail Partner Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and brand representative for
  • authorised retail partners across Malaysia.
  • Develop and maintain a structured account management cadence, including regular store visits, business reviews, and seasonal range presentations.
  • Negotiate and manage sell-in volumes, seasonal buys, and trading terms in collaboration with the Country Manager/Mido HQ, ensuring commercial targets are met while preserving healthy partner margins.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges within accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
  • Inventory, Replenishment & Other Management
  • Monitor auto-replenishment systems across all points of sale, reviewing stock positions on a regular basis and taking corrective action when replenishment triggers are not performing as expected.
  • Execute all ordering and replenishment activities through Arkieva.

Key requirements

  • Hands-on experience with inventory or retail planning systems;
  • Experience planning and executing in-store activations or trade marketing events.
