♪ - Offer an exceptional service, enhancing each interaction with the customer and promoting Brand, product and loyalty programs. - Understand the needs of the customer, tell the product with passion and guide it in the most suitable choice. - Create long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty. - Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, tablet in store). - actively contribute to the achievement of sales and team targets. - Manage with professionalism any requests or complaints, in collaboration with the manager. - Maintain the order, care and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with the Brand standards. - Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities. - Contribute to cash management and operational procedures, in compliance with company policies.
♪ Requirements - You have a strong passion for fashion and customer service. - You stand out for elegance, empathy and relational ability. - You are proactive, oriented to the result and curious to learn. - You have a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork. - Experience in retail fashion or luxury/premium is considered a plus.
