Descrizione The Office for Forests and Natural Hazards (AWN) is the cantonal department for forest and protection from natural hazards.

## Tasks - As a regional forest engineer, you enter the municipality of Bregaglia assigned to you: completion of the federal and cantonal forest legislation; Ensuring the best possible fulfillment of forest functions - As a specialist in natural hazards, you conduct corresponding projects in the South Boundary Region: elaboration of process-separated risk maps and risk analyses; advice from municipalities, private bodies and other bodies on matters of integral risk management in natural hazards; Function as a member of the Hazardous Commission 3 (South Alliances and domination - Prättigau - Davos) ## Requirements - Diploma as a forest engineer/in ETH or FH, or Master's degree in environmental sciences ETH with deepening in forest and landscape management - Funded, forest-building knowledge - Long-year experience with profound knowledge in all relevant gravitational natural hazards and in risk assessment; treated with integral risk management for natural hazards in the Swiss context - General working language is German and Italian; good knowledge in several cantonal languages are advantageous
