Due to a mandate access, we are expanding our team in 2027 and are looking for a person who takes responsibility, thinks ahead and contributes to the further development of our mandates with their understanding of services. If you have a structured way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoy working together in a team, you are exactly the person we are looking for. • Self-responsible commercial and technical management of high-quality residential and commercial properties • Monitoring developments in the rental market and in rental law • Active support for new and existing tenants: as well as comprehensive rental contract management • Effective vacancy management including subsequent rental • Negotiation and drafting of business and supplementary lease contracts • Implementation of property acceptance and transfer as well as support for tenant development projects • Preparation and verification of detailed heating and operating costs accounts • Preparation of solution-oriented applications to contracting entities • Preparation of meaningful reports • Prediction, budgeting and planning with earnings responsibility • management and coordination of assigned clerks:inside and housekeeper:inside or FM service providers Your requirements • Successful graduation of real estate manager: in with federal professional certificate • Experience in residential and commercial property management • Stylistic German in Word and Writing • Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programs, possibly GREM) • Charismatic appearance and strong social skills • Valid driving licence and own car are required (f
