In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die technische, finanzielle und terminliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Sicherheitssysteme.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller und komplexer Projekte im Bereich Sicherheitssysteme
- Technische, finanzielle und terminliche Projektleitung
- Einsatzplanung und Organisation der materiellen Ressourcen
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
- Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei Anpassungen von Offerten und Wartungsprogrammen
- Entwicklung von Prozessen und Anwendungsfällen in der Konzept- und Ausführungsphase
- Steuerung von Prozess- und Änderungsmanagement während des gesamten Projektzyklus
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im elektrischen Bereich (Elektriker/in, Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik)
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Sicherheitssysteme (Zutrittskontrolle, Videoüberwachung, Einbruchmeldeanlagen)
- Erfahrung in IT und Netzwerktechnologie von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch mündlich von Vorteil
- Wohnsitz im Kanton Tessin
