Nurses/in charge of Nursing Research - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite Ticino hospital is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The Department of Nursing at the Regional Hospital of Lugano provides a nurse/in charge of nursing (50%) The person responsible for the development of the profession and the quality of nursing care through the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and the design and management of research projects in his professional field.

Profile: Designs and conducts nursing research studies relevant to its headquarters, collaborating with the nursing officer, the clinical teams and/or the management of the hospital; collaborates with the head of the competence centre for the EOC Nursing Research and with the research team in the development of transversal projects; maintains professional relations and exchanges with other interprofessional research groups; research and promotes specific funding;

  • Requirements and qualifications: Academic and advanced Bachelor SUPSI in nursing care and/or SSSCI diploma (or equivalent qualification recognised if obtained abroad); Master of Science in nursing care (or availability to achieve it in the short term); PhD (PhD) with experience and publications in nursing research (or willingness to pursue it in the future).

Professional experience of at least 3 years of work in the Swiss nursery sector; knowledge of the EOC context and the Swiss health system; strong interest in the development of the nursing and nursing profession
