Endocrinology doctor - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite Ticino hospital is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The following position is addressed to candidates who wish to apply for a spontaneous application such as Medico capoclinica endocrinologia Profile The EOC endocrinology and diabetology service guarantees, as its primary mission, specialist care throughout the Canton Ticino and is therefore present in all the institutions.
The service is also active at an academic level, within the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the Università della Svizzera Italiana, and develops and curates research projects in collaboration with external institutes.
In the EOC headquarters in Lugano, the service is located at the Italian Hospital where daily specialist visits are held with particular reference to thyroid/parathyroid diseases and diabetes.
The service also collaborates with the management of patients with ad hoc advice at the Civic Hospital.
The doctor works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Medico capoclinica.
- Requirements necessary undergraduate/diploma in medicine and title of specialization in endocrinology or equivalent and related registration in MedReg before the start of work .
For doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for medical professions MEBEKO is mandatory and registration with MedReg before the start of the activity; proven knowledge of the Italian language (at least B2) with relative registration to MedReg before the start of the activity, hoped knowledge of the other national languages and English; mastery of the media.
