Assistant for medical study - Ausschreibung L’EOC, the multisite Ticino hospital, is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

To complete our team of medical secretariats and outpatients of the Regional Hospital of Locarno la Carità we look for a Medical Study Assistant (50-70%) Profile: The person we would like to meet is flexible and can adapt promptly to different situations.

Cordial and sociable, shows a strong proactive attitude.

In addition to the autonomous management of medical-delegated acts, it has a good mastery of the main secretariat duties (welcome the patient, drafting medical reports, billing, managing appointments).

The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive in understanding the needs of the user and believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of our attentions.

It also understands the importance of confidentiality and professional secrecy.

• Required Requirements: Federal Certificate of Medical Study Assistant
• Good Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office) and typographical
• Italian mother tongue and good oral knowledge of German.
