Main responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- To proactively handle third party claims aiming to settle cases within optimum time scales
- Investigation and evaluation of liability and quantum to achieve the desired resolution for all claims handled Our full-time working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
- No weekends, late nights, or bank holiday working, we also offer a hybrid working model so once you’re up to speed you can work from home if you prefer, up to 50% of the time.

- We’re looking for talented, driven people like you to join our Claims Team.
- You don’t need to have worked as a Claims Handler before, what you do need is the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, relationship management and effective negotiation skills.
- We currently have opportunities across both Motor and Casualty claims, offering a varied and engaging environment where no two days are the same.
