Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Main responsibilities

  • Other key responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for handling and negotiating claims Compliance to statutory regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • To proactively handle third party claims aiming to settle cases within optimum time scales
  • Investigation and evaluation of liability and quantum to achieve the desired resolution for all claims handled Our full-time working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
  • No weekends, late nights, or bank holiday working, we also offer a hybrid working model so once you’re up to speed you can work from home if you prefer, up to 50% of the time.
  • What are we looking for?
  • You don’t need to have worked in insurance or as a Claims Handler before, what you will need is excellent communication skills.
  • Additionally, you will require good case management and workload management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • You don’t need to have worked as a Claims Handler before, what you do need is the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, relationship management and effective negotiation skills.
