Assistant for medical study - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

To complete our team of medical secretariats at the Lugano Regional Hospital we look for a(a) Medical Study Assistant (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for can manage time efficiently and effectively by focusing their efforts on the most important priorities, is able to face high workloads, does not back up to personal responsibilities and is comfortable working independently on even complex tasks.
It must therefore have good organizational and relational skills, attention to others, good ability to manage stress in situations of overload of work.
To this we add the will to put into practice the principles of continuous improvement, of search for efficiency, as well as a good ability to autocritical and to work within a team.
- Required Requirements: Federal Certificate of Capacity (AFC) assistant medical study; similar experience will constitute preferential title; strong aptitude to learn new tasks; wide availability of work within a very dynamic group; resistance to high workloads; high knowledge of the media; fluent and accurate typography; desirable management of a team; excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- The person employed must be able to use public transport or motorcycle/scooter/bicycle to go to work.
