Key requirements
Federal certificate as medical office assistant
Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
Proficiency in ECG, exercise stress test, Holter, PA
Ability to perform minor wound care and vital sign measurements
Skilled in phlebotomy and injections
Strong teamwork, empathy, listening, and stress‑management skills
Organizational and administrative competence for pediatric outpatient care
Flexibility to work between Mendrisio and Lugano; pediatric experience preferred
