- 100%) Profile: The person we seek works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Medico Caposervice and ensuring an adequate takeover of geriatric patients.
- The candidate will be responsible for: assume responsibility for the daily clinical management of the geriatric department (27 beds), with decision-making autonomy within their competences and in close coordination with the Viceprimary of geriatrics
- coordinate the medical staff ensuring high quality care
- guide and train the medical staff, promoting professional growth
- promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- consolidating relations with basic physicians and the institutions of the territory;
- Requirements: FMH Title of Specialist in General Internal Medicine and in-depth training in geriatrics (ISFM).
