Role overview

An assistant doctor in training First Aid - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite Ticino hospital is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required.

Thanks to the commitment and expertise of more than 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41, 000 patients who are deceased a year and providing over 600,000 outpatients.

The following position is addressed to candidates who wish to apply spontaneously.

The person we seek has professional experience and autonomy, as well as motivation, own initiative and spirit of collaboration.

He believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient and his family at the center of all our attentions.

• Requirements: Degree/diploma in medicine and surgery (or equivalent title); for doctors with foreign qualifications the recognition/registration by the Federal Commission for medical professions MEBEKO is required and its registration to MedReg before the start of the activity.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Italian language (level required at least B2) with relative registration to MedReg before the start of the activity.

They are also hoped, but not indispensable, good knowledge of another national language as well as Italian (French, German) and possibly English.

They will be preferred candidates with a mature experience in Switzerland.
