Role overview

Ausiliario/a catering - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The following position is addressed to candidates wishing to apply spontaneously as an Auxiliary/Restaurant Profile Candidates and ideal candidates feel comfortable in a multicultural context, they can manage interpersonal relationships with colleagues, they can ensure quality while respecting the established time and procedures.

Mansions

• washing and reorganization of dishes
• cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen, and of the auxiliary means
• control of the working material
• cleaning and disinfection of the premises
• performs all the operating activities of the field in respect of the programs, norms and the defined working procedures (read, times, mode, materials, equipment) The activity takes place in turn (mattino, afternoon, evening, Saturday, Sunday, weekend and holidays) with flexibility of time also for broken shifts.

• Requirements
• professional experience such as laundromats matured in the kitchens of the socio-healthy environment or in hotel facilities
• knowledge of cleaning and hygiene techniques
• good organizational skills
• oriented to order and cleanliness
• availability to carry out heavy work
• orientation to change and development
• good knowledge of the Italian language
