Description In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager Swiss Market, based in the Locle.

Mansioni

• Overall responsibility for turnover, sales volumes and profitability in the Swiss market
• Management and development of approximately 70 dealers and key accounts
• Acquisition of new trading partners and optimization of the existing distribution network
• Guarantee of optimal stock levels and quality merchandising at points of sale
• Planning and organizing training for sales staff
• Development and implementation of marketing and marketing plans for the Swiss market
• Preparation and deployment of actions to launch new products
• Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
• Management of an administrative/sales assistant and a decorator

Profile

• Persuasive personality with excellent communication skills
• High autonomy and ability to clearly define priorities
• Strong sense of service and excellent negotiation skills
• Performance orientation and excellent analytical capabilities (comprehension of figures, KPIs, forecasts)
• Ability to develop long-term partnerships and reason strategically
• Availability to travel about 80 per cent in Switzerland and 20 per cent in the seat at the Locle

Required professionali

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in selling in fashion, luxury, accessories, cosmetics or watchmaking, with a solid marketing experience
• Training in sales, marketing, business management or related fields

Lingo

• French or German mother tongue, with excellent knowledge of the other language (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of English
