The Mikron Tool Training Team program allows young graduates / graduates to enter the way of work through a specific training program of the total duration of 18 months.

During the first 12 months in our headquarters of Agno and Rottweil (DE) there will be an education aimed at technical knowledge and application of cutting tools.

After a 6-month transfer to our offices in Connecticut (USA) or Shanghai (China) where you can apply the knowledge learned.

For our next recruitment in Agno, we look for a young candidate preferably French native speaker to be included in the Mikron Tool Training Team Your main tasks program

• Participate in a technical training course structured on cutting tools, processing processes and related applications
• Acquire practical and theoretical knowledge about Mikron Tool products and their applications with customers and partners.

• Use technical software and tools for analysis, selection and optimization of solutions
• Collaboration with international and multidisciplinary teams with various locations, contributing to projects and operational activities.
