Analysis, classification and resolution of hardware problems, office applications, SAPs and servers, including tracking and solution of computer problems with subsequent customer feedback
Active cooperation in migration and rollout projects
Installation and commissioning of IT systems for administration and logistics,new shops and renovations of the points of sale
Execution of translations from German to Italian (Newsline, training materials, etc.) in accordance with the specific computer terminology Requirements
Comprehensive computer training (technical or equivalent degree) with several years of experience in the fields indicated and in the management of IT specialists.
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, printers, networks, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and software (Windows 10, MS Office 365, etc.) with a structured and independent approach
Availability at the picket service (7x24), working out of time (06.00-22.00) and on Saturday, possession of the B license and availability to travel regularly to Gossau (SG)
Great mastery of the Italian and German language, both in writing and in speech.
