- Develop and execute the eCommerce content strategy across EMEA digital channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging and consumer-centric brand experience.
- Define seasonal content priorities, storytelling frameworks and content requirements aligned with commercial, merchandising and brand objectives.
- Lead End-to-End Content Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, creation and publication of product, campaign and editorial content across all eCommerce touchpoints, including Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, Editorial Hubs and Landing Pages.
- Translate commercial, merchandising and marketing priorities into actionable content plans that support demand generation and conversion. Drive Cross-Functional Content Governance
- Manage content calendars, workflows, production schedules and governance processes across multiple stakeholders, agencies and markets.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business priorities. Optimize Content Performance
- Leverage consumer insights, SEO best practices, site performance data and digital merchandising principles to continuously improve content effectiveness.
