Logistics Services Coordinator - Technical Office
Role overview
We are looking for a Logistics Services Coordinator - Technical Office to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance and repair activities for buildings and technical facilities, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service for our internal clients.
Responsibilities include: Organizing and planning maintenance and repair work for buildings and technical facilities Managing requests for intervention and communication with internal clients Managing material procurement processes and work orders Maintenance, repair, and other logistics activities, including night watch service Managing and coordinating the maintenance team Knowledge of building technology (electrical systems, heating, refrigeration systems, sanitary systems, ventilation, ICT networks) 10 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and repairing buildings and technical facilities, including night watch service Knowledge of ticket and asset management applications (EAM, SAP, etc.) Good knowledge of building management systems (Siemens, Honeywell, etc.) Excellent knowledge of Office applications and best practices in using technologies (PC, Apps, etc.) Experience in leading a team and managing small projects Client-oriented and strong team spirit Resident in Ticino Diploma in a technical field (construction and/or installations) with a preference for the electrical, electromechanical, or electrical engineering field.

- Conoscenza di applicativi per la gestione di ticket e asset (EAM, SAP o simili)
- Buone conoscenze di sistemi di gestione edifici (Siemens, Honeywell o simili)
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office e best practice nell’utilizzo delle tecnologie (PC, App, ecc.)
- Esperienza nella conduzione di un team e nella gestione di piccoli progetti
- Orientamento verso il cliente (interno) e forte spirito per il lavoro di squadra
- Residente in Ticino
