• Management of the three departments Technical Service, Construction Service and Company Carpentry with a total of 6 employees
• Responsibility for infrastructure, renovation and maintenance works/projects taking into account/guaranteeing a high level of operational security (HLKKS, electric, water, telephony, IT networks) incl. Budgeting, planning, implementation and accounting
• Main contact for (conversion) construction projects and ensuring smooth communication with the Real Estate Aargau department (IMAG)

What you bring

• Basic technical education and training completed in the field of construction and maintenance (civil engineering HFP, engineering or equivalent training)
• Proven project management and management experience with regard to new and renovation projects, strong sense of responsibility, high social competence, communication skills, as well as decision-making and implementation strength
• Several years of experience in the construction maintenance of properties, in the support of new construction projects and in the area of complex building management, preferably in a company with special security requirements
• High resilience, independence and networked thinking in the areas of construction, HVAC and electrical engineering
• Minimum age: 35 years, good repute (punitive and enforcement register extract)
