Legal Senior Specialist Head of the Legal Office
The Legal Senior Specialist will become part of the Legal function with a transversal role, in support of business and corporate functions in managing the different legal requirements of the company.
Involved in a wide variety of issues, it will contribute to the management of national and international contractualism, the assessment of legal risks and the support of business and corporate functions.

- Business contract management (including Distribution Agreement, Agency Agreement, Franchising Agreement, License Agreement, JV Agreement), Real Estate and Supply Chain, from drafting and reviewing agreements to support business and corporate functions.

- Provide legal support to different business functions, in relation to operational and strategic needs.
- Support trading and management of relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders, including internationally.
- Identifying and evaluating the main legal risks, proposing pragmatic and consistent solutions with business needs.
- Collaboration with external, Italian and international legal advisers, where necessary.
- Contribute to the development and updating of templates, guidelines and legal procedures. Requirements:
- Degree in Law.
- Skilling to the forensic profession and previous experience of professional practice will constitute a preferential requirement.
- At least 6 years of experience gained from legal studies and/or corporate legal departments.
