For the exclusive Tertianum Parkresidence and the public park restaurant in miles we are looking for 01. October 2026 or by arrangement one or

Chef / Chef EFZ 50-100 %

Separate service 08.45 a.m. to 14.00 and 16.00 a.m. to 21.00

or

Part-time with five working days from 08.45 to 14.00

resp. five working days from 16.00 to 21.00

Their tasks

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food forms according to menu plan and special requests
• Share responsibility for efficient warehouse management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper organisation of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management

Your profile

• Training for/to cook EFZ with professional experience
• Proven experience in upscale gastronomy/hotelry in the à la carte area of warm and cold cuisine and banquets
• Professional and independent working position
• Flair for preparing and decorating food
• Readiness for assignments on weekends and public holidays
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
