In this role, you take responsibility for the entire production process and manage our facilities. • Operation, adjustment and monitoring of production facilities
• Production of food according to recipes and process specifications
• Quality inspection of the raw materials and ingredients used
• Quality testing of products
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in the workplace
• Careful handling of equipment, tools and tools as well as their cleaning requirements:
• Completed apprenticeship (cooks/bakers/butchers)
• Several years of professional experience in the food and/or technical sector
• Readiness for shift operation (early, late and night shift)
• Teamwork as well as physical resilience and technical understanding
• Good German in word and writing (level B1 or higher)
• Driving license
