Ausiliario/a di cucina (at hours) - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The following position is addressed to candidates wishing to apply spontaneously at the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio as an Auxiliary/cooking (at hours) Profile: the future/cooperator/trice carries out all the operational activities of the sector in compliance with the programmes, norms and defined working procedures (read, time, mode, materials, equipment).

He is inclined to work in a team, he is able to work independently and manages to cope with important workloads.

It is a flexible, timely and helpful person who supports the kitchen staff with specific activities to him/her assigned.

• Requirements: Professional experience gained in the kitchens of the socio-sanitary sector or in hotel facilities.

Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene techniques.

Flexible work shifts (7/7 and evenings until 22.00).

Good knowledge of the Italian language spoken and written.
