Your contribution
• You work in sales projects and sub-projects, create and review sales agreements (e.g. with brokers, agencies and cooperation partners) and ensure that they are legally and regulatoryly correct
• You develop sales-related guidelines and work instructions (e.g. on digitization, data protection or regulatory adjustments) and support their pragmatic implementation in the sales units
• You support the sales managers in legal issues around new sales channels, cooperations, products and initiatives
• You design and maintain contract standards, templates and guidelines for distribution and thus contribute to clarity and efficiency in dealing with legal issues
• You prepare legal issues, carry out simple risk assessments and formulate understandable, implementable recommendations for the specialist areas
• You work closely with legal, compliance, risk management and data protection and help to anchor legal and regulatory requirements pragmatically in sales Your skills and talents
• You have a degree in law, e.g. university (MLaw/Lic. iur.) or university of applied sciences / comparable legal education
• You already have initial experience in contract law, corporate or financial market law
• e.g. from an internship, career entry or several years of professional experience
• or are motivated to familiarize yourself with this topic area
• You are strong in writing: contracts, opinions and e-mails you formulate precisely, comprehensibly and address-oriented
• in German; other languages are welcome
• You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented and can structure your tasks well in a dynamic environment
• You appear open and secure and enjoy working with colleagues: women from sales, specialist areas and central positions
• You think analytically and enjoy connecting legal issues with the reality of business
• You want to develop professionally and personally
