• Understanding the core business of a supermarket from A to Z
• Familiarization with all departments, procedures, processes and systems
• Introduction to the role as deputy managing director with operational and conceptual activities
• Willingness to complete internal specialist training in the areas of sales, merchandise management, self-competence and leadership and to provide support in a wide range of sales outlets
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in retail
• Leadership experience and further training is an advantage
• Confident demeanor, assertiveness and high social skills
• Willingness and willingness to commit to common goals
• Organizational talent, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed demeanor
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
