Main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the production of high-quality baked goods in compliance with our quality standards
  • Leadership and further development of a committed team
  • Ensuring efficient work processes and optimal use of resources
  • Creative design of new products and implementation of innovative ideas
  • Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Key requirements

  • Professional experience: Several years of professional experience, initial management experience or the desire to develop into a leadership role
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): Bakery
  • Passion for the craft and joy of working with high-quality raw materials
