Role overview

Working hours : This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Swindon/hybrid – Please note you will be expected to work from our Swindon office min once a week

Key requirements

  • Working with stakeholders to define requirements within a project context.
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for assigned projects.
  • Assisting with operational readiness, including communications, training, deployment, and transition to BAU teams.
  • A passion for Continuous Improvement, with relevant experience of exposure an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis.
