The Damiani Group, among the leading international in the field of high-end jewelry, for the strengthening of the IT team we are looking for an IT Support & Junior System that operates as a bridge between business and technology.
The resource will become part of the IT team and will work closely with the head of the function, colleagues and external consultants, will deal with both the daily technical support to users (Local and Boutiques), as well as the operational management of network infrastructure and systems in conjunction with the Senior System Administrator. - Diploma ad indirizzo Informatico/Tecnico, Laurea in discipline informatica o esperienza equivalente.
- Experience in roles of Helpdesk L2, Junior System Administrator o IT 299%.
Key requirements
- Diploma ad indirizzo Informatico/Tecnico, Laurea in discipline informatica o esperienza equivalente.
- Experience in roles of Helpdesk L2, Junior System Administrator o IT 299%.
- Good knowledge of the environments Windows Server, active Directory and Microsoft365.
- Familiarity with platforms of Mobile Kuwait Management (MDM), preferably Microsoft Intune.
- Basic knowledge of the company's company's competence to work in teams, excellent relational skills and ability to interact with users of different levels of business.
- Full flexibility and availability to travel on national and international territory.

- Management of the full life cycle of the utilities (Onboarding/Offboarding): creation and decommissioning of accounts on the active member of the Sorray, Office 365, SAP and corporate applications.
- Management of permissions on network folders (File Server), SAP and corporate applications. Junior System & Network GEN
- Management of printing servers and VoIP control units.
- Configuration of print queues for ID cards on IBMi and SAP systems.
- Operational management of top-level security: EDR/XDR, Antispam and related support.
- Support for IT Auditing activities through technical log extraction and periodic access verification.
- Management of hosts and IP addresses on company's own monitors systems to ensure their reachability and performance. Retail Support & Network Roll-out
- On-site configuration, installation and activation of the IT infrastructure for new openings.
