Descrizione In the course of our continuous development and digitization, we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of software implementation that successfully implements our technical solutions.
In this role, you combine technical know-how with a strong understanding of business processes and significantly contribute to the efficient integration and sustainable optimization of innovative software solutions.
## Tasks - Software implementation & System expansion - Implementation and further development of the operationally specific pre-production software - Extension for new modules: direct portal access for mowers, field workers, brooding, feedstocks and veterinarians - connection of slaughtering and further processing; planning up to the list level of sales articles - process optimization & organisational development - analysis and optimization of the pre-production chain: Brutei → chicks → mast → collection - development of process standards and digitalization concepts; Training of internal and external users - Data management & reporting - Ensuring data quality, compiling evaluations and key figures for management requirements - Education in computer science, business informatics, agriculture or comparable - Experience in process optimization or ERP/software implementation; Embossed IT affinity - Understanding complex logistic and production processes - Structured, solution-oriented operation; Communication strength and initiative - Very good knowledge of German; Experience in agriculture/food production of advantage
