Application process

• Answer inquiries and advise the enforcement agencies of the unemployment insurance in the correct application of the law
• Leadership support of enforcement bodies in ensuring legally compliant dossier processing Higher commercial vocational training preferably with further training in the field of social insurance and at least five years of experience in the field of unemployment insurance or good legal knowledge in this field Very independent and exact working, analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as rapid comprehension paired with an explicit understanding of computational processes and relationships
• Excellent editorial skills for stylish and legally compliant reporting of the established facts
• High level of dialogue skills to conduct challenging meetings with implementing bodies and plant managers
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages in word and writing and passive knowledge of the third official language
