Registered nurse for the OSAD (home care organisation) service at 50%

Your tasks

• Holistic guest care and care in the spirit of our care model and care process in the 39 on-site apartments.
• Assumption of tasks as a care reference person
• Responsibility and control of the care process of assigned hosts
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (doctor, physio, etc.)
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
• Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing reports
• Billing of care services

Your profile

• Completed nursing training or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
• Professional experience in home care, in a CMS or in a private structure is an asset
• Knowledge in billing management is an asset
• Organized, calm, rigorous, committed and motivated
• Fun taking on a variety of challenges
• Knowledge of French, oral and written
