Graduate nurse / HES graduate nurse at 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and support for guests in the spirit of our care model and the care process
- Taking charge of tasks as a care reference person
- Responsibility and control of the care process of assigned guests, including classification of BESA care needs
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist, etc.)
- Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
- Planning and support for medical visits
- Taking charge of daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
- Management of case discussions and nursing reports
Your profile
- Completed qualified nurse training or equivalent training recognized by the CRS
- Professional experience in long-term care is an asset
- Organized, calm, rigorous, committed and motivated
- Enjoyment of taking on varied challenges
- Native French speaker or fluent French speaker
