This is what awaits you

In this position, you will be responsible for the portfolio management of the investment category indirect real estate (real estate funds, shares and investment foundations) within the “Shares and Indirect Real Estate” team. You are responsible for the implementation of these strategies in all mandates and represent our competences in this area in both external and internal exchange.

This is what you do with us

You are responsible for the analysis and selection of real estate securities and create appropriate decision-making bases, risk assessments and target portfolios.

Together with internal and external partners, you implement the transactions of indirect real estate investments for all portfolios of the Mobiliar Group, its pension funds and our funds in an optimal manner. You review investments for compliance with investment guidelines, in particular ESG regulations and other regulatory and regulatory requirements. The assessment and cost-efficient handling of capital increases and initial issues is also your responsibility.

This is what you bring with you

• University or FH degree (preferably focusing on finance or real estate) and/or corresponding further education

(CFA/AZEK, CAIA etc.) are a plus

• Several years of investment experience in securities business or professional practice in indirect real estate business
• Responsible and independent personality
• Systematic and implementation-oriented working method
• Fluent German and English skills, French skills are a plus
