What awaits you
As a specialist in foresight and mortgages, you support our clients in important financial decisions. Thanks to your technical skills, you develop tailored solutions in the areas of private and professional provisioning, financing of housing ownership, and also support our insurance and foresight advisors during customer interviews.
What you can achieve with us
Your mission is to provide global advice to our clients in the areas of foresight and housing financing. You develop individual retirement and financing solutions and also support our corporate clients in issues related to occupational pension plans.
From the first analysis of their needs to the conclusion of insurance, you offer your customers personalized and reliable support. At the same time, you support our insurance and foresight advisors in your capacity as a competent specialist and thus create the basis for convincing counselling experiences.
With the sales team, you develop the general agency's mortgage and foresight activities. In doing so, you guarantee professional treatment of the market and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
What you bring
- Learning in the banking or insurance sector, complemented by ongoing training of Federal Patent Financial Advisor
- Several years of experience in providing advice and/or mortgage business
- Reliable, capable of working independently and entrepreneurially
- communicative personality, agreeableness and strong sense of teamwork
- Very good knowledge of French and German, other languages are an asset

Your workstation is located in downtown Biel. The occupancy rate is 80 to 100%. Entry into service on 1 January 2027 or to be agreed.
