- monitorare le prestazioni del servizio e identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
- supportare le revisioni operative e le discussioni con i clienti.
- garantire il rispetto degli impegni di servizio e delle migliori pratiche operative.
- competenza e supporto CIM
- fornire supporto avanzato e competenza per gli incidenti che coinvolgono componenti relativi al CIM.
- assistere i team dei servizi gestiti durante le indagini, la risoluzione dei problemi e le analisi delle cause alla radice che coinvolgono il CIM.
- facilitare il trasferimento di conoscenze e la condivisione delle migliori pratiche tra i team di supporto e quelli operativi.
- fungere da esperto in materia quando le problematiche relative al CIM incidono sui servizi ai clienti.
Requisiti
- ottima conoscenza del modello operativo e dei prodotti di FNZ
- comprovata esperienza nel monitoraggio delle iniziative di modernizzazione.
- competenze consolidate in Zabbix, automazione del monitoraggio e processi di gestione degli incidenti.
- competenza in materia di CIM e relativi requisiti di supporto operativo
- è richiesta un'ottima padronanza dell'inglese e del francese

Duties

- Carrying out daily operational checks and monitoring the health of clients’ environments.
- Accessing clients’ production and non-production environments to investigate incidents and service disruptions.
- Participating in incident management activities, including responding to major incidents and coordinating their resolution.
- Participating in shift work and on-call rota to provide support outside normal working hours.
- Contributing to the implementation of changes, service requests and operational support activities.
- Attend governance meetings with clients, service reviews and operational discussions, where required.
- Manage operational documentation, procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Technical Services, Product Owners, development teams and customer service managers.
- Act as the key operational point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate incident resolution and problem management activities.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support operational reviews and discussions with clients.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and operational best practices.
- CIM expertise and support
- Provide advanced support and expertise for incidents involving CIM-related components.
- Assist managed services teams during investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analyses involving CIM.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and the sharing of best practices between support and operational teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert when CIM-related issues affect customer services.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of FNZ’s operational model and products
- Proven experience in monitoring modernisation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Zabbix, monitoring automation and incident management processes.
- expertise in CIM and related operational support requirements
- excellent command of English and French is required
