Company and context
- You will support managers in personnel and organizational issues and provide them with competent advice on labor law and HR-related topics
- You will work closely with the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Payroll and Learning & Development together and ensure the efficient implementation of all HR-relevant topics
- You support labor law issues, absence management and the implementation of HR initiatives in the branches
- You accompany change processes and support the further development of our managers and teams
- You actively contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our HR processes and the employee experience in the retail environment
- Your focus is on supporting our retail business in Switzerland.
- In addition, if necessary, you will support international retail markets with selected HR initiatives, projects and operational issues What you bring with you
- You have in-depth training in human resources, business administration or a related field - ideally supplemented by further training in HR management
- You have several years of experience as an HR business partner in a dynamic retail, hospitality or service environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and feel comfortable in an operational and at the same time strategic environment
