Within our Customer Service Workshop and under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you join a passionate team, driven by the search for excellence and attention to detail. Your role is to give life to our timepieces, whether they are contemporary or full of history, while helping to offer an exceptional experience to our customers.

In this context, you will be asked to

• Complete repair of recent and vintage watches, acting on chronograph movements, perpetual calendar and tourbillon.
• Diagnosing the general condition of the watches and analyzing their external components in order to provide accurate and relevant information for our customers.
• Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance and reliability of your work tools to ensure a high level of quality.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the workshop by sharing your ideas and expertise.
• Continuously develop your skills through regular training and exchange of know-how within the team.
• Holder of a watchmaker CFC or equivalent training, you benefit from a solid experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a watchmaker Customer Service.
• You have perfect control over the maintenance and repair of complex movements, from chronograph to tourbillon, as well as adjustment, finishing and start-up operations.
• You have excellent expertise in dial pose, switch and interlocking, and pay particular attention to the accuracy of each intervention.
• Curious and motivated by continuous learning, you like to develop your skills and meet new technical challenges.
• Recognized for your rigor, your sense of quality and your analytical spirit, you know how to effectively identify problems and bring lasting solutions.
• Team spirit, sense of service and passion for the profession complete your profile.
